Bowl for Kids' Sake has been Big Brothers Big Sisters' largest annual fundraiser since early 1980s. Each Spring, we strive to get more and more of the community involved in putting teams together and collecting pledges. The money that is raised through this event goes directly towards matching the children who are ready to be matched with a Big Brother, Big Sister, or Big Couple. Every year, representatives from small and large businesses, civic clubs, professional organizations, law enforcement agencies, firefighters, and schools participate in forming teams and raising money to help Big Brothers Big Sisters match more kids. Last year's event was successful because of the thousands of people who devoted their time, effort, concern and money in support of our agency and Bowl for Kids' Sake. We hope to exceed last year's success with your participation in Bowl for Kids' Sake. Your support makes a BIG difference! Each team member is asked to raise (through pledges) a minimum of $100. It's easy because it is for a great cause! Please help the kids in our community and join us for a really fun day!!
Community Bowls The First Lady's Bowl for City, County and State employees will be Sunday, April 20, 2008 in Santa Fe at Silva Lanes. The bowling times are 11:00 a.m.; 1:30 p.m., Please register ASAP to ensure you get the time slot you want! Time slots will be assigned and confirmed with the registration number upon receipt of the Team Roster. Print documents and fax to 505-983-1280 or mail it to 1229 S.
